Yummy scones and scrambled eggs on Christmas morning
All I want for Christmas is ds games!

We actually had to wake the girls up at 9 a.m. I think Santa stumbled
and a few extra toys fell out.

We woke up to a little bit of snow on Christmas morning but it started to rain shortly after we got up and it all melted.

I just love looking at Christmas lights. After we finished looking at the lights at the Temple we drove around St. George and Santa Clara to look at the lights on the houses.

Tonight we went to the Temple to look at the Christmas lights. In the car Cassie said "If I knock on the doors would Jesus answer?" I am so thankful that we have a temple so close by and that our girls can see it regularly and know that our family is together forever because of the temple.

Jadzia and Cassie had a blast tubing and it wasn't really that cold. We made our own smaller sledding path so the girls went down by themselves. We stayed for about 2 hours. The snow was so deep. I am guessing it was at least a foot perhaps more. Afterwards we got back in the truck and drank hot chocolate then headed home. I was going to stay home and let Jamie and the girls go but I'm glad that I went.

Cassie thought that was so fun. She had to do it again.

Jamie and Cassie going down the big hill at Pine Valley dam

Saturday we went up to Pine Valley to go tubing. Pictures of the snow on our way up.

Cassie is sitting with three of her friends. McKenna, Mitzi and Joesy.

Cassie's class had a Polar Express day. Everyone wore their pj's. They drank hot chocolate and made bell necklaces then they watched the movie "Polar Express" They made placemats then brought their school lunch back to their room to eat.

Last day of school before Christmas. Jadzia's class made graham cracker houses. There was a TON of candy. It was a lot of fun and quite messy.

Let it snow.. Let it snow... Let it snow..

Look out Jamie! Incoming snowball!!

Jadzia is showing Jamie her very large snowball.

We got back from a party at Snow Canyon High School and it was snowing hard. The girls were so excited. They wanted to play in it even though it was already 9 p.m. I said "Okay" since the snow usually melts so quick. We started building a snow man but didn't get it finished. We ended up in a snow ball fight. Then made snow angels.

On Sunday night just as we were getting ready for bed we had a visitor. He said he hadn't received a letter from Jadzia or Cassie and needed to know what they wanted for Christmas.

Just before the Christmas party my neighbor came over and told me to look in her tree. This owl was sitting on a branch in her tree. I had never before see such a beautiful bird. It was quite an amazing sight.
