On monday we had a picnic at Vernon Worthen park. It was such a nice day. After eating we played for a couple hours then went to coldstone for some ice cream. This is the reason why we live here.

Ice cream in January. I miss that...
It was nice seeing you on Sunday. Thanks for the pie. Have to say I miss the snow free sunny place. We still have lots of snow here. :( Hope to see you guys soon. Love you.
Okay Linda, did you post this post to torment me? Just kidding. :) I so do miss the warm weather in Southern Utah. It actually has been warmer than most Januarys. That is what we hear from the locals but the inversion is really bad. So I have been keeping the kids in because of the toxic levels that are announced on the radio. I miss Southern Utah! What a fun outing at the park with the girls. They really are such beautiful girls.
I'm so jealous! It doesn't usually get that cold here, but it's not warm enough to do much outside. Great job on your half marathons last weekend! Those are great times. Alan's planning on doing one here in June and I'm hoping to be able to do it too. Right now it's hard to train much because it's dark so much of the time. (That's one of the bad things about living so far north.)
